What a pleasant surprise! The room was spotless and had a super comfy bed, plus having a washing machine was a great bonus. I loved lounging by the outdoor saltwater pool after a long day, though we did have a bit of a squeeze with an extra bed brought in, which made things a little cramped, but the friendly staff made it all worth it. 🌟.

We ate at a very nice restaurant with cosy bar.

I booked immaculate executive queen room here with very comfotable bed and high speed WiFi. The staff were fine and obliging all the time. It had marvellous and easy location, close to eateries, shopping centres and the CBD and Australia.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room with very comfortable beds and a dishwasher, and I received exactly what I expected upon arrival at this place.

My trip down to Townsville was because I'am a Cowboys fan have been since they made the team. Would like to go and see most of their home games. Staying at the motel was convienient for me to go to the stadium. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.thank you

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would definitely come back again, as everything was nice during my short one-night stay.

That I could find somewhere to sleep since everything was full booked due to the cyklon Yasi.

Quite expensive since they were without power at my night. They almost charged me full price I think AU$110 and I could even not read my book and no A/C. The power cut is not their fault but they should half the price and not take advantage of the situation like they did, they could also contribute since we all suffered due to the cyklon.

Loved the spaciousness and comfy king bed—felt like royalty! The shower was divine, too—perfect for washing off the day's travels. Too bad the stale smoke scent and cold shower made my royal experience feel like a peasant's nightmare.

Arrived after 7pm, had to phone to get key etc. This is fine if your mobile will work in Aus, if not big prob.

The room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay there again next time I go.

I did notice a minor inconvenience: the kitchen was equipped with just enough plates, bowls, and mugs for four people. This limited our ability to easily share meals when we had guests over, although it was a minor issue in an otherwise great stay.

Room was clean comfortable and the location was easy to get to from place of work from either side of Townsville

There were a few ants on the floor, which were not a problem until they moved in on an empty food container overnight.
